Requirements
• Proven experience in creative strategy, digital strategy, or planning within agencies or similar environments. • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, formats, and campaign strategy. • Ability to turn complex or ambiguous inputs into clear strategic direction. • Experience using data and insights to inform strategy and evaluate performance. • Strong collaboration skills with creatives, account teams, and cross-functional partners. • Experience building or contributing to campaign concepts and creative briefs. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly. • Comfort working independently and managing multiple projects. • Interest in AI tools and how they can enhance strategy and creative workflows.
Responsibilities
• Develop clear, digital-first strategies across channels such as social, display, email, and web. • Translate customer goals into structured briefs and actionable creative direction. • Conduct research and use data to uncover insights about audiences, competitors, and market context. • Partner with creatives to shape concept-driven ideas that align with strategy. • Support campaign development across multiple touchpoints and formats. • Identify opportunities to strengthen strategy and creative across existing projects. • Contribute to presentations and strategic narratives for internal and client-facing work. • Test and refine approaches based on performance data and learnings. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across time zones. • Use AI tools to enhance research, ideation, and strategic development workflows.
