Requirements
• Master’s degree in computer science, robotics, or a related engineering field with 5+ years of experience developing tracking and fusion software for autonomous robotic systems • Experience processing sensor measurements from: Optical Sensors , RF Sensors , Radar, Lidar • Experience with classical state estimation and tracking: Kalman Filters, Particle Filters, etc • Experience with multi-target prediction and tracking (multi-target tracking) for autonomous robotic systems • Experience with cross-platform sensor fusion. • Proficient in Python and C++ with strong procedural and object-oriented programming skills, experienced in Git, VS Code, GitLab, Nexus, SonarQube, Docker, Linux, and Azure Container Registry • Must be willing to travel as projects requires; estimated average travel (~25%) • 7+ years of hands-on experience developing tracking and fusion software for autonomous robotic systems • Familiarity with software-in-the-loop (SIL) and hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) development and testing and Python experience • Experience working projects related to national security for one or more government agencies • Interdisciplinary background, with evidence of continual learning • References who will describe them as low-ego, highly motivated, thoughtfully opinionated, strong communicators and curious listeners • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to cross-disciplinary teams • Must hold or be eligible to obtain and maintain a UK security clearance • Don’t meet every single requirement?
