Requirements
• ADAS/Automotive Program Experience: Hands-on experience leading on-road ADAS or autonomy testing programs, ideally involving OEM or Tier-1 partnerships. • Operational Leadership Skills: Proven ability to launch, scale, and manage complex technical operations across multiple teams and stakeholders. • Technical Fluency: Understanding of ADAS features and the workflows required to validate and deploy them. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Strong communicator who can bridge between technical, operational, and business stakeholders to drive program success. • Safety-First Mindset: Demonstrated experience implementing and maintaining safety processes in high-stakes operational environments. • Experience with end-to-end neural network ADAS architectures or next-gen autonomy stacks. • Background working directly with OEMs or Tier-1 suppliers on ADAS development or deployment. • Familiarity with simulation and validation tools for ADAS/AV testing. • Knowledge of functional safety and regulatory standards. • Exposure to scaling ADAS programs across global test sites or vehicle platforms.
Responsibilities
• Lead SDS Deployments: Manage operational readiness, vehicle integration, and test execution for SDS-powered ADAS programs with OEM partners. • Operationalize Validation: Establish workflows for real-world testing, data collection, and system performance monitoring, ensuring high-quality feedback loops to engineering. • Drive Partner Collaboration: Work directly with OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, and Applied’s engineering teams to align program milestones with safe and efficient operational execution. • Ensure Safety & Compliance: Implement safety protocols and testing best practices that meet both regulatory standards and customer requirements. • Scale Operational Playbooks: Develop repeatable global frameworks for ADAS operations that can be adapted across regions and vehicle platforms.

Base salary is a single component of the total compensation package, which may also include equity in the form of options and/or restricted stock units, learning and wellness stipends, and paid time off. Note that benefits are subject to change and may vary based on jurisdiction of employment. • Applied Intuition pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum intended target base salary for new hire salaries for the position. The actual base salary offered to a successful candidate will additionally be influenced by a variety of factors including experience, credentials & certifications, educational attainment, skill level requirements, interview performance, and the level and scope of the position. • Please reference the job posting’s subtitle for where this position will be located. For pay transparency purposes, the base salary range for this full-time position in the location listed is: 70,000-115,000 EUR yearly.
