• 3+ years directly managing, inspiring and mentoring a team of Solutions Engineers, Sales Engineers or Solutions Architects with a wide range of experience • Experience as a SE team leader building strong partnerships with sales leaders, and working on various initiatives and enablement activities to achieve sales goals. • You've been a first or early hire at a fast-growing startup before • You’re knowledgeable about large language models and have experience using AI-based tools to improve your daily workflows • You have coding experience that would enable you to write basic scripts using the Notion API • You have experience designing and implementing relational databases • We hire talented and passionate people from a variety of backgrounds because we want our global employee base to represent the wide diversity of our customers.
