IonQ - Senior Business Systems Manager

• 7+ years in business systems or ERP administration, including 3+ years as a hands-on NetSuite Administrator in a mid-to-large-scale environment. • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field. • Strong finance/accounting knowledge • Fluent in NetSuite's Inventory and Manufacturing modules. • Working knowledge of ITGC controls, SOX compliance frameworks, and formal change management processes, ideally in a publicly traded company. • Comfortable operating with ambiguity and competing priorities in a high-growth, publicly traded technology company where processes are still maturing. • Excellent problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills • NetSuite Administrator Certification • Experience supporting DCAA compliance within an ERP environment, including cost accounting setup, project billing, and audit readiness for government contracts. • Expertise with NetSuite Advanced Revenue Management (ARM), including configuration of revenue recognition rules and multi-element arrangements • Expertise with NetSuite's Inventory, Manufacturing and MRP modules, including BOM management, routing configuration, work order processing, demand planning, and supply/demand netting • Hands-on experience with IonQ's connected systems: Zip (procurement), OneStream (consolidation), RF Smart (warehouse management), Expensify (expenses), or Salesforce (CRM/revenue). • Prior experience at a publicly traded hardware, deep tech, or aerospace/defense company, particularly one navigating rapid post-IPO or post-acquisition systems growth. • The approximate base salary range for this position is $128,445 - $167,497. The total compensation package includes base, bonus, equity, and a range of benefit options found on our career site. • Compensation will vary based on individual factors such as education, qualifications, and experience of the final candidate(s), specific office location, and calibration against relevant market data and internal team equity.  Posted base salary figures are subject to change as new market data becomes available.
