This serves as a preview of the 90 day plan you will receive if you were to be hired in this role at Flock Safety. • 30 Days • Complete assigned onboarding with SDE mentors for the first 6 weeks • Understand company products and SDE team workflows • Attend customer meetings; review deployment plans under supervision and attend other enablement sessions • Become familiar with deployment plans, specifically in your assigned pipeline, including customer meetings • 60 Days • Complete training on relocation requests review process • Completing deployment reviews independently • Manage complex projects/situations (escalating exceptions), and work closely with a Field Ops agent to provide quality control • Completing an average of 50 cameras reviewed per week • Own relocation request reviews for assigned states • Complete a ride along with field tech to view the installation process and how Field Ops works (can be completed any time during training) • 90 Days • Increase output of deployment plan reviews to average 90 per week • Complete an average of 5 relocation requests per week • In this role, you’ll receive a salary up to $70,000 - $94,000 as well as Flock Safety Stock Options. Base salary is determined by job-related experience, education/training, as well as market indicators.
