Cision - Systems Engineer I

• 5-7 years of experience in the design, implementation, and maintenance of a global Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops site. • Bachelor’s degree in computer science/information system or 5+ years relevant experience with Citrix technologies in a medium to large organization. • Experience in IT service delivery using the ITIL framework. • Knowledge of Server and Networking principles pertaining to enterprise environment. • Demonstrated experience where operating as part of an effective team/relationship is critical to the success of your role. • Expertise in understanding, setting, and managing customer expectations. • Skills in conceptualizing, documenting, and presenting creative service solutions. • Demonstrate deep knowledge and experience in the following areas: • Good hands-on experience on Citrix platform (current version 2507 LTSR). • Effective troubleshooting methodology. • Citrix Site configuration – Machine Catalogues, Delivery and Application Groups, etc. • Version upgrades to a Citrix core component. • Certificate renewals on Citrix infrastructure servers and NetScaler. • Group Policy Objects pertaining to Citrix. • Profile Management solutions (Fslogix and Roaming). • PowerShell – Citrix and AD cmdlets; task automation. • General understanding of DHCP, DNS, and firewalls in an Enterprise environment. • Desirable: • Knowledge or experience with cloud providers: OCI, AVD & GCP. • As a global leader in PR, marketing and social media management technology and intelligence, Cision helps brands and organizations to identify, connect and engage with customers and stakeholders to drive business results. PR Newswire, a network of over 1.1 billion influencers, in-depth monitoring, analytics and its Brandwatch and Falcon.io social media platforms headline a premier suite of solutions.
