Requirements
• Language Fluency: Native or professional fluency in Mandarin and English is essential. • Strong Ownership: You drive decisions and follow up persistently. To you, silence is never agreement. • Technical Fluency: You can engage credibly with engineering. You understand APIs and system architecture enough to assess trade-offs. • Exceptional Documentation: You produce concise, actionable documentation with zero ambiguity. • Relevant Experience: 2–5+ years in Delivery Management, PM, or Product Ops, ideally supporting enterprise B2B clients.
Responsibilities
• Relentless Execution & Stakeholder Alignment • Proactive Alignment: You don’t assume alignment—you validate it. You’ll consistently communicate status, risks, and dependencies to both internal teams and clients. • Timeline Management: You hold teams accountable. When risks emerge, you identify them early, escalate appropriately, and drive a resolution. • Unblocking: You monitor for bottlenecks across Product, Design, and Engineering, intervening decisively to maintain momentum. • Product Definition & Quality Leadership • PRD Documentation: Translate client discussions into clear, structured Product Requirement Documents. You define flows, system behaviors, and edge cases with precision. • Voice of the Customer: Deeply understand client workflows. You provide the context and rationale for product decisions when questions arise. • Quality Gatekeeping: Use your "product sense" to review designs. If usability or execution quality falls short, you address it before release. We do not ship mediocrity. • Strategic Account & Scope Management • Scope Discipline: You manage the balance between client requests and delivery commitments—pushing back diplomatically while protecting time and quality. • Bilingual Bridge: Act as the primary link between Mandarin and English speaking teams
