Requirements
• Automation first mindset with experience managing configuration at scale for macOS • Experience in Technical Operations, DevOps-adjacent, or IT Engineering roles • Expertise with Mobile Device Management tooling (e.g Jamf, Kandji, Fleet) • Experience with SAML, SCIM and OIDC and Identity Access Management (Okta, Google Workspace). • Scripting skills (Python, Bash or similar) with a proven track record of automating compliance checks, device configurations, and other IT security tasks. • Experience managing office network equipment (e.g Cisco Meraki, Ubiquiti) • Proven ability to maintain compliance with SOC2 / ISO27001 (or similar) standards • Friendly, end-user focussed attitude • Open source contributions (e.g a tool you built to automate something) • Prior experience in a high growth / startup environment • Deep understanding of endpoint security standards (NIST/CIS) • Can commute to our (new) New York office • Knowledge of osquery • Terraform (or other infrastructure as code) experience • Strong hands-on experience with VPNs, firewalls, and secure network environments, with knowledge of modern security practices such as Zero Trust networking
