Responsibilities
• Own a critical technology domain. • Serve as the top technical authority for product architecture, complex escalations, and field challenges. • Identify & Close Critical Product Gaps: Proactively identify customer needs and product limitations, develop tools and Proofs-of-Concept (PoCs) to address them. • Hands-on Problem Solving: On any given day, you may model customer environments, write scripts, conduct tests, build dashboards, and implement product improvements. • Customer Engagement: Work closely with the world's leading cloud security teams, meeting directly with strategic customers to understand their challenges and architect bespoke solutions. • Develop Novel Tools: Continuously innovate by building new automations, analytical engines, and AI-driven PoCs (e.g., for test generation). • Internal Enablement: Formalize product knowledge for internal and external reference and build knowledge for customers and field technical experts.
