Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role. • Strong proficiency in TypeScript with at least 5 years of hands-on experience. • Strong experience with Next.js and modern frontend development practices. • Solid experience building backend services using Node.js. • Experience designing and maintaining scalable, distributed systems. • Strong attention to detail combined with the ability to move quickly. • Comfortable working in a flexible, adaptive environment with changing priorities. • Balanced mindset between problem-solving and execution. • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a small team. • Exposure to GCP or other cloud platforms. • Experience building or integrating AI-powered features. • Experience working on early-stage or scaling products.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain frontend components using React Native/React JS for mobile applications. • Implement backend services with Node.js to handle API requests and manage data storage solutions like MongoDB Atlas. • Collaborate closely with the design team, providing technical guidance on user interface elements based on wireframes or mockups provided by UX Designers. • Ensure application performance meets industry standards through rigorous testing using tools such as Jest/Enzyme for frontend and Postman/New Relic for backend services. • Continuously monitor the system's health, addressing any technical issues that arise promptly to maintain uptime of 99.9%. • Stay updated with emerging technologies in web development such as Progressive Web App (PWA) and implement them where applicable for enhanced user experience. • Participate actively in code reviews, providing constructive feedback on peers' work to maintain high coding standards within the team. • Document existing systems thoroughly using tools like Swagger/OpenAPI Specification when necessary or as required by project specifications.
