Requirements

Responsibilities
• Lead the delivery of complex Data, Analytics, AI and platform modernization projects using Microsoft technologies, including Microsoft Fabric, Azure Databricks and other Azure data services. • Facilitate client workshops, discovery sessions and technical engagements, translating business requirements into practical data and analytics solutions. • Design scalable, secure and well-governed data platform architectures that align with client objectives and industry best practice. • Provide technical leadership throughout project delivery, ensuring solutions meet agreed quality, performance and business outcomes. • Design and develop data models, semantic models and analytics solutions that enable data-driven decision making and measurable business value. • Advocate for effective data governance, user adoption and change management to maximize the value realized from technology investments. • Mentor and support consultants, promoting engineering excellence, knowledge sharing and continuous improvement across delivery teams. • Produce high-quality technical documentation, solution designs and client-facing deliverables to support successful project outcomes. • Proactively manage technical risks, dependencies and delivery challenges, working with clients and project teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption.
