Requirements
• Experienced procurement managers or procurement professionals with expertise in sourcing, negotiation, supplier management, and contract administration (EU/UK focus a plus) • Background in procurement operations, process optimization, or risk management • Skilled at reviewing and refining operational documents for clarity and compliance • Availability for 8–20 hours per week, able to start promptly • Comfortable working independently in a remote, freelance environment
Responsibilities
• Review and refine AI-generated outputs related to procurement, sourcing, contract management, regulations, and practical aspects of procurement work • Evaluate AI responses for technical accuracy, practicality, and compliance with real-world requirements • Draft realistic procurement scenarios based on your direct professional experience • Create scenario variations from different perspectives (e.g. procurement manager, supplier, business stakeholder, or auditor) • Identify gaps, oversights, or weak reasoning in AI-generated procurement content • In simple terms: You will assess and improve AI-generated content, ensuring it reflects true procurement reasoning, effective sourcing strategy, and practical supplier management processes. Rather than conducting traditional procurement work, you’ll apply your expertise to help AI systems understand and reason about procurement processes at scale.
