Mistral AI - Deployment Strategist, AI & Hybrid Cloud

• Develop and implement AI deployment strategies for Mistral's products in the US market to enhance customer experience and drive business growth. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, product management, operations, sales, and support to understand requirements and ensure successful implementation of deployments across various environments (on-premises, public cloud, hybrid). • Monitor AI system performance post-deployment using established KPIs such as accuracy, latency, throughput, error rates etc. Troubleshoot issues with the help of engineering and product teams to ensure optimal operation within defined SLAs (Service Level Agreements) while maintaining data privacy regulations compliance. • Stay updated on latest AI trends in deployment strategies for continuous improvement of processes, tools & techniques used by Mistral's team. Attend industry conferences and webinars to gain insights into best practices from peers across the globe. Share learnings with cross-functional teams through presentations or workshops as needed. • Work closely with product management on prioritization of AI features for development, testing & deployment based on business needs and customer feedback while ensuring alignment with Mistral's overall roadmap. Provide input into technical architecture design decisions to ensure scalability, reliability, security, performance etc., as required by the evolving product strategy. • Participate in regular meetings/retrospectives across teams for reviewing deployment successes and failures; identifying areas of improvement & sharing learnings with other departments within Mistral to foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation throughout organization as well as beyond it into wider industry community. • Provide training sessions or one-on-one coaching on AI concepts, deployment strategies etc., for internal teams (engineering/product) & external partners such as vendors who work closely with Mistral's products in order to build strong relationships based upon mutual understanding of shared goals and challenges faced by all parties involved. • Actively seek feedback from customers regarding their experience using AI features within deployed solutions; analyze customer data collected through surveys/interviews etc., identify patterns or trends that indicate potential areas for improvement in future releases while ensuring compliance with applicable privacy laws & regulations governing handling of personal information by Mistral's team members. • Represent Deployment Strategist role at industry events such as conferences, meetups/workshops etc., where possible; network within wider AI community to build relationships that may lead opportunities for collaboration on future projects or initiatives beneficial both parties involved while also promoting Mistral's brand name & products among potential customers who might not yet be aware of them but could benefit from using our solutions in their own
