Responsibilities
• Lead the development of core functions for the company’s internal R&D efficiency platform, ensuring high-quality delivery; • Drive the integration of business systems into the R&D efficiency platform to improve overall development efficiency and delivery quality. • Design and optimize CI/CD processes (GitLab, Pipeline, ArgoCD) to promote platform standardization and automation; • Deeply understand and apply Kubernetes and microservice governance frameworks (Nacos, Apollo, Kong) to ensure platform stability and scalability; • Leverage Aliyun, AWS, and other cloud services based on business needs to implement and optimize architecture; • Stay up to date with industry-leading technologies (such as AI) and explore their application in improving R&D efficiency. • What We Look For In You • Proficiency with DevOps toolchains, CI/CD, Kubernetes, and MicroService technology stacks, with strong technical comprehension; • Familiarity with the Java technology stack, while maintaining broad knowledge of multiple programming languages and business-related technologies; • Strong product sense, with the ability to design clear module boundaries and workflows; • Strong ownership mindset and ability to perform under pressure; • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, able to drive cross-team project execution. • Nice-To-Haves • Nice-To-Haves • Proven experience leading the design and implementation of large-scale enterprise DevOps platforms with successful delivery.
