• 6–10 years of experience building and operating backend or distributed systems in high-scale production environments, aligning with P4 expectations. • Strong proficiency in Go, with a demonstrated ability to quickly adopt new languages and frameworks as needed. • Deep experience designing and operating distributed systems, databases, and streaming architectures. • Proven track record of delivering scalable, reliable systems with measurable impact on performance, availability, and developer experience. • Experience working with Web3, blockchain infrastructure, or high-throughput API platforms, including familiarity with RPC services, node infrastructure, or data streaming pipelines. • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to debug complex, cross-system issues in production environments. • Demonstrated ability to operate autonomously, prioritize effectively, and deliver outcomes in fast-paced, ambiguous environments. • Excellent communication skills with experience collaborating across engineering, product, and customer-facing teams. • The Quicknode compensation philosophy includes pillars to ensure fair and unbiased compensation for all employees.
