Requirements

• The ideal candidate has operated at the intersection of finance, technology, and user engagement, and is excited by fast-moving environments where the stakes are real. • You have 4+ years of experience in financial services, fintech, crypto, trading, gaming, or web3, with hands-on exposure to exchanges, digital asset platforms, or regulated fintech environments. • hands-on exposure • Experience with payments, market operations, KYC/AML compliance, or trading infrastructure is a strong advantage. Responsibilities

• First-line customer support response across, discord, live chat, & email • Develop and lead a culture of delightful customer support across multiple channels (discord, email, telegram & chat). • Act as a trusted point of contact for the community, escalating priority issues to to the relevant teams. • Collaboratively build internal programs, tools, resources and training to help improve product support workflows. • Act in compliance with Polymarket's regulatory and operational standards • Using user pain points to drive real product improvements
