Requirements
• 5+ years of Product Design experience • 5+ years of experience working cross functionally with software engineers • Deep experience taking features from problem statement to shipped product • Expertise in creating and maintaining and designing systems, libraries, and other tools • Experience creating complex prototypes using Figma, Framer, Claude, code, or other tools • Effective written communication. We're 90% async, clear writing matters • Early stage start up experience where you’ve owned outcomes • Experience in fintech, proptech, or platforms with complex data and workflows. • Experience building with AI for prototypes, synthesis, recommendations, matching, generation, etc. • Comfort with ambiguity and an ability to create structure where none exists without over-engineering • #LI-Remote

Pay range: based on a good faith assessment for this role, the annualized rate ranges from $150,000 to $225,000 across all US locations. The actual rate will be determined based on the individual's experience and skill level. This is an independent contractor position. No employee benefits are provided.
