Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience • 3-5 years of hands-on experience with enterprise network infrastructure • Strong experience with Cisco switches CCNP certification is a strong plus. • Palo Alto firewall configuration, management, and troubleshooting • Hands-on experience with Meraki cloud-managed networking solutions • Proficiency in VPN technologies including IPsec, SSL VPN, and site-to-site configurations • Experience managing network hardware in colocation and data center environments • Strong understanding of routing protocols including BGP, OSPF, and MPLS • Proficiency in networking concepts and protocols, including TCP/IP, VLANs, spanning tree, and routing and switching technologies • Deep understanding of OSI model layers 1-4 and practical application in troubleshooting • Experience with network monitoring tools and platforms • Familiarity with scripting languages (Python, Bash) for network automation is a plus • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment • Ability to travel occasionally to colocation sites as needed • Our (typical) process: • Application submission • Recruiter video call • Technical interview focused on networking scenarios • Virtual “Onsite” consisting of three 45-60 minute rounds
