Requirements

• Editorial leadership: Proven track record in a senior editorial role, ideally within B2B finance or events-led media • Subject matter expertise: Understanding of capital markets and financial reporting • Commercial acumen: Demonstrated ability to create content that translates into revenue through sponsorships or subscriptions • Research: Skilled in open-source research and translating data from corporate financial disclosures into actionable insights • Thought leadership production: Comfortable designing surveys and synthesising data to produce engaging, high-value takeaways • Management: Experience managing small, high-performing teams • General: Organised, deadline driven; excellent line-editing skills; ability to manage multiple workstreams; curiosity to learn fast; a strong communicator • Note: The role will be based in London. Responsibilities

• Team leadership: Direct management of the assistant editor, providing mentorship, quality control, and professional development • Product development: Leverage open-source research, surveys and event recordings to create "exclusive" content • Innovation: Proactively suggest and execute new content formats that improve audience engagement and retention • Public face: Represent the editorial brand at global events, engaging with senior industry stakeholders and speakers
