Xsolla - Senior Data Engineer (Data Governance Lead)

• Lead the design and implementation of a robust Data Governance framework to ensure high quality, reliable, secure, consistent data across all systems within our AdTech product. • Develop comprehensive policies for managing access rights, permissions, audit trails, retention periods, archiving strategies, and compliance with relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR). • Collaborate closely with the Data Governance team to establish data standards, quality controls, validation processes, and error handling mechanisms for all incoming datasets from various sources within our AdTech product ecosystem. • Oversee ETL/ELT pipelines development or optimization by working directly with technical leads on projects that require significant changes in the existing infrastructure to meet evolving business needs while maintaining data integrity and security standards. • Monitor, troubleshoot issues related to system performance impacted by large volumes of incoming datasets from various sources within our AdTech product ecosystem using established monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus).
