Requirements
• Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience • 3+ years in frontend development, with 1+ years in Web3/DeFi • Expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, React ecosystem • Solid understanding of web performance optimization and best practices • Experience with Web3.js, Ethers.js, and an understanding of Web3 principles (wallets, smart contracts) • Basic English verbal and written communication skills are required • Strong collaboration abilities in a remote, cross-functional team • Ownership mindset - “you build it, you run it” • Problem-solving skills with attention to detail • Quick learner in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
• To design and develop user interfaces using HTML5/CSS3. • Implement responsive designs to ensure accessibility across various devices. • Optimize website performance for speedy loading times without compromising on quality of experience (QoE). • Collaborate with backend teams, product managers, UX designers and other stakeholders throughout the development process using Agile methodologies like Scrum or Kanban to ensure alignment. • Conduct user testing sessions for usability feedback incorporation into designs/development cycle. • Maintain a clean codebase with proper documentation following best practices, ensuring easy onboarding and knowledge transfer within team members when necessary.
