• We are looking for a motivated engineer with a solid technical foundation and a strong willingness to learn. You don’t need to meet every requirement — growth and curiosity are just as important.
• 5+ years of experience in cloud, DevOps, or software engineering roles (including internships or relevant projects).
• Strong experience with cloud environments and containerized applications (e.g., Azure, Kubernetes, or similar).
• Knowledge with at least some of the following: Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), CI/CD tools, Helm, GitOps concepts (e.g., ArgoCD), or observability tooling.
• Scripting or programming experience in languages such as Python, TypeScript, C#, or similar. • Interest in platform engineering, automation, and improving how software is built and operated.
• Willingness to coach junior engineers and take ownership of components and tooling.
• Clear communication skills in English, spoken and written. Knowledge of German is a plus.
• Exposure to developer platforms or tools such as Backstage.
• Experience working in an agile environment.
• Understanding of monitoring, alerting, or incident response basics.
