Requirements
• 3+ years of benefits administration experience • Bachelor’s degree or Certification: SHRM-CP or equivalent • Expert proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Excel • Efficient with Adobe Pro • Hands-on experience with HRIS systems (Paycom or similar platforms) • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex benefits concepts clearly • High level of discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information • Self-sufficient, resourceful, and proactive approach to work
Responsibilities
• Administer and maintain all global medical plans, ensuring compliance with benefits regulations and plan terms • Coordinate benefit enrollment processes, support open enrollment across all countries, and manage new hire orientation for benefits onboarding • Serve as primary resource for employee benefit questions and issues, providing expert guidance on plan options and eligibility • Develop deep expertise in medical plans and benefits structure; educate employees and managers on plan options and utilization • Manage benefits compliance across all jurisdictions, including FMLA administration and ACA reporting, • Collaborate with the payroll team to ensure accurate benefit deductions, reconciliation, and timely processing • Conduct benefit audits and analysis • Leverage HRIS system (Paycom) and strong analytical skills to optimize benefits administration, reporting, and decision-making
