Requirements
• This role involves close collaboration with external vendors, cloud providers, and internal teams at OXIO. Responsibilities
• 1. End-to-End Implementation • Execute full lifecycle implementation of telecom network functions in cloud-native environments • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and cloud providers • Manage design, deployment, acceptance, operations, documentation, and support activities • Ensure smooth handover from deployment to operations with proper knowledge transfer • 2. Mobile Telecom Network Architecture • Work across full mobile network architecture and network elements (NEs) • Support technologies across 2G, 3G, 4G, 5G, and Fixed Wireless Access (FWA) • 2G, 3G, 4G, 5G, and Fixed Wireless Access (FWA) • Manage core network functions including: • Charging & Policy • Implement and maintain FCAPS (Fault, Configuration, Accounting, Performance, Security) frameworks • FCAPS • 3. Cloud-Native Deployment • Deploy and operate telecom infrastructure in cloud-native environments • Work with platforms including AWS, Azure, OpenShift, and VMware • AWS, Azure, OpenShift, and VMware • Configure and manage infrastructure templates (e.g., Heat, YAML) • Ensure adherence to deployment standards and best practices • 4. Process Improvement & Automation • Continuously improve deployment and operational processes • Partner with R&D and Engineering teams to automate workflows • Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency, reliability, and scalability • Support development of infrastructure-as-code and automation frameworks
