Requirements
• 2+ years of experience in provider enrollment, credentialing, or licensing • Hands-on experience with payor enrollment applications and follow-up • Experience working with providers, payors, and/or health systems • Familiarity with credentialing databases and CAQH • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Able to manage multiple workflows and timelines independently • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field • Certifications such as CPCS or CPMSM • At this time, Midi is unable to provide visa sponsorship. Responsibilities
• Credentialing & Enrollment • Own the end-to-end payor enrollment lifecycle for providers (MDs, NPs) • Review and attest to CAQH profiles for accuracy and completeness • Submit and track payor enrollment applications across multiple health plans • Drive proactive follow-ups to ensure timely approvals and minimize delays • Billing & Issue Resolution • Act as the point of contact for enrollment-related escalations • Investigate and resolve billing or payor-related issues tied to enrollment status • Timelines & Stakeholder Management • Track application progress and identify risks to timelines • Provide regular status updates to internal stakeholders • Serve as a subject matter expert on payor enrollment processes • Process & Systems • Process & Systems • Build and refine SOPs for credentialing and enrollment workflows • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability • Help implement tools and systems to support growth • Compliance • Compliance • Ensure all credentialing aligns with NCQA, CAQH, state, and federal requirements • Maintain accurate and up-to-date provider data across systems
