3Pillar - Technical Lead

• A minimum of 7+ years of experience/expertise working as a Full Stack or Framework Engineer, with proficiency in the specified technologies. • Strong proficiency in .NET, WPF, and WinForms required to evaluate and build custom automation test harnesses. • Extensive experience with API mocking, simulation layers, and API testing tools such as GraphQL and Pact.js. • Demonstrated experience using agentic development tools (e.g., Autogent, GitHub Copilot) to accelerate code and framework generation. • High level of English proficiency required to interact with a globally-based development team. • US-based alignment required for this specific engagement. • Demonstrated experience following and adapting high-level architecture to project and client needs, with the ability to verify/validate architecture implementations. • Desktop Application Test Harness Deliverables • Evaluate tooling and build a test harness for a WPF/WinForms Windows client application. • Validate automated interaction patterns against static administrative screens to enable reliable UI-level testing. • Integration & Vendor Simulation Deliverables • Design and develop an MVP simulation and mocking architecture for 2-3 high-value vendor integrations. • Scale reusable mocking patterns to support approximately 80 third-party API integrations that restrict direct platform automation. • Document Verification Deliverables • Build an automated verification pipeline template that complements the client's existing Azure Document Intelligence system. • Implement validation logic to automatically extract and verify calculated values (rates, fees, payments, escrow) from generated mortgage PDFs. • Quality, Reliability & Collaboration Deliverables • Harden all frameworks and successfully hand them off to the QA execution team by the end of Month 2. • Provide tapered technical support (25% allocation), troubleshooting, bug fixes, and edge-case framework extensions during Months 3 through 6 as the QA team scales velocity • What is it like working for 3Pillar Global?
