Design user journeys that set expectations clearly for patients choosing insurance vs. cash pay
Ensure HIPAA compliance, data integrity, and regulatory adherence in all product flows
Build mechanisms to ensure pricing transparency and claims accuracy
Responsibilities
Insurance Channel Buildout
Lead the product introduction of insurance-based pathways for at-home sleep studies (HSS) and DME therapy
Define workflows for eligibility, benefits verification, prior authorizations, claims, and billing
Ensure parallel operation of cash-pay and insurance flows without introducing friction
Platform Product Guidance
Translate insurance requirements into actionable platform workflows and technical specifications
Collaborate across engineering, operations, and clinical teams to ensure requirements are translated into buildable product features
Support execution of integrations with DME systems, payor networks, and internal tooling
Identify platform gaps and propose solutions that maintain scalability across cash and insurance channels
Contribute to roadmap planning by assessing impact and feasibility of insurance-related initiatives
Benefits
$140,000 - $150,000/yr. Note that final compensation is subject to the candidate’s specific qualifications and location, as well as the needs of the company. This person is eligible to partake in the company's bonus program.
