Requirements
• 7+ years of software engineering experience with expert-level Python skills and a proven track record of shipping products from scratch to real users. • Extensive experience with enterprise-grade deployments, including hands-on expertise with Docker, networking, and infrastructure debugging in production client environments. • Highly productive with modern AI development tools and LLM integrations, possessing the communication skills to represent the engineering team in high-stakes customer meetings. • Who are Jack & Jill? • Ok, I'll go first. Responsibilities
• Architect and ship full-stack AI features and agentic workflows using Python, FastAPI/Django, and React to automate complex risk engineering processes. • Lead on-premise enterprise deployments using Docker and manage technical relationships with client IT and infosec teams across multiple international regions. • Drive critical architectural decisions and establish high-output development processes that scale the engineering team's delivery capabilities by 10x.
