Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, public relations, or a related field • 3-5 years of experience in a direct field related to communication planning and strategy for e-commerce brands or companies. • Deep understanding of e-commerce platforms and their trends. Tiktok is preferable. • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for decision-making. • Strong understanding of marketing communication theory and principles. • Ability to think strategically and creatively. • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills. • A self-starting attitude – the ability to work independently and take initiatives • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Good command in English
Responsibilities
• Communication Strategy: • Develop and implement communication plans tailored to clients' e-commerce goals and target audiences. • Stay abreast of e-commerce industry trends, technological advancements, and competitor strategies. • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across various e-commerce channels. • Short Video Production: • Conceptualize, script, and coordinate to produce short videos that showcase our clients' products and services. • Collaborate with the creative team to ensure the video content is aligned with the client's brand and product offerings. • Optimize videos for various e-commerce platforms, ensuring they drive engagement and conversions. • Live Streaming Marketing: • Plan and coordinate to execute live streaming campaigns on e-commerce platforms and social platforms to engage with our client's target audiences in real-time. • Monitor live streams and media plan (if any) to optimize product visibility and conversion rates. • Analyze live streaming performance data and adjust strategies for maximum ROI. • Influencer and Affiliate Management: • Develop and manage influencer and affiliate marketing programs tailored to drive awareness, traffic, and sales for our e-commerce clients. • Identify and establish relationships with influential figures in e-commerce platforms and social platforms. • Coordinate with influencer and affiliate partners to promote our clients' campaigns effectively. • Track and report weekly or monthly on all activities, in all metrics including the impact of influencer collaborations on e-commerce sales and brand recognition, making data-driven adjustments to optimize program effectiveness.
