Requirements
• Strong experience designing digital products in cross-functional teams • Strong portfolio showing end-to-end product design work • Excellent UI and interaction design skills • Experience with multi-device products and design systems • Comfortable using research and data to guide decisions • Proficiency with tools like Figma and prototyping methods • Strong communication and collaboration skills • Curiosity to explore new tools and approaches to solve complex, real-world problems • Experience in XR / AR / spatial design (not required) • Experience with 3D prototyping tools (Unity, Unreal, etc.) • Background in B2B, SaaS, or data-heavy products • Familiarity with construction, BIM, or CAD tools
Responsibilities
• Design end-to-end experiences across XR headset, web platform, and supporting mobile tools • Lead design of complex features from discovery through delivery • Translate complex construction workflows into intuitive tools • Explore and define spatial (3D) interaction patterns • Design dashboards, data visualisations, and collaboration features • Contribute to and evolve a cross-platform design system • Use research and testing to inform decisions and validate solutions • Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Hardware through delivery • What Good Looks Like • Field teams can complete tasks faster, with fewer errors and less rework • Complex workflows are simplified without losing critical detail • Experiences feel consistent and intuitive across XR and web • Designs are grounded in real user needs and validated in live environments • Strong collaboration leads to smooth, predictable delivery
