• Generate and refine solutions • Improve documentation and reporting • Identify edge cases and data issues faster • If your current role does not involve building in Salesforce or using AI tools regularly, this is not the right position. • This is a senior individual contributor role focused on platform optimisation through hands-on delivery. • Translate business needs into clear, structured, build-ready solutions • Challenge vague or low-quality requests • Act as a quality gate for incoming work • Maintain lightweight but effective documentation • Adoption & Enablement • Ensure solutions are usable and adopted • Provide clear, practical guidance to end users • Use data and feedback to continuously improve the platform • Qualities we look for • Strong hands-on Salesforce experience in a declarative-focused role • Proven track record of building and delivering solutions directly in Salesforce • Deep understanding of Flows, validation, reporting, and data models • Experience improving data quality and platform consistency at scale • WHAT DIFFERENTIATES YOU (THIS IS WHAT WE ACTUALLY HIRE ON) • 1. Structured thinking & communication • You can break down messy problems into clear solutions • You communicate simply and directly • You challenge requirements when needed • Salesforce certifications (Admin, Advanced Admin, Platform App Builder) • Experience in B2B SaaS / GTM environments • Exposure to Quote-to-Cash processes • Familiarity with Agile tooling (Jira, Confluence) • Basic understanding of integrations and downstream data usage
Responsibilities
• Own problems end-to-end (not just define them) • Build scalable declarative solutions • Improve data quality and reporting reliability • Drive consistency across GTM processes • You are expected to think in systems, not tickets. • Platform Optimisation (Build, don’t just analyse) • Identify inefficiencies, inconsistencies, and data issues across GTM processes • Design and implement improvements using Salesforce declarative tools (Flows, validation rules, layouts, reporting) • Reduce manual work and standardise behaviour across the platform • Own delivery from idea → design → build → adoption • AI-Enabled Platform Delivery (Non-Negotiable) • Use AI tools to: • Analyse requirements and propose structured solutions • Generate and refine Flow logic, validation approaches, and reporting structures • Identify edge cases and data risks early • Accelerate documentation and stakeholder communication • Clearly demonstrate how AI improves: • Decision making • Declarative Solution Design • Design scalable, maintainable solutions using Salesforce best practices • Make deliberate trade-offs (e.g. when declarative is sufficient vs when to involve engineering) • Ensure automation is predictable, observable, and does not introduce hidden complexity • Align with platform standards and long-term maintainability • Data Quality & Governance • Own and improve data quality across key GTM objects • Define and enforce data standards (validation, required fields, controlled processes) • Identify root causes of data issues and fix them systematically • Ensure reporting is consistent and trusted across the business
