Responsibilities
• Collaborate with artists, distributors, and partners to bring projects smoothly from idea to release. • Manage key production processes – from preparing contracts and budgets to overseeing release documentation. • Play an active role on the editorial board, evaluating proposals and shaping new recording opportunities. • Represent SUPRAPHON at meetings, festivals, and selected international events. • Support project financing through fundraising and creative partnerships. • Influence curation of playlists on major streaming platforms to connect listeners with our recordings. • Provide strategic leadership and direction for the classical music team, fostering collaboration, expertise, and long-term development.
