Requirements

• Solid experience 5+ years as a Product Designer / UX/UI Designer, including end‑to‑end ownership of complex product work (from discovery to shipped features). in a Neo Bank or FinTech Company. • Strong interaction and visual design skills, with a portfolio that demonstrates clear thinking, high‑quality execution and measurable impact on product outcomes. • Proven experience simplifying complex user journeys or requirements, and turning them into intuitive, easy‑to‑use experiences. • Comfortable navigating ambiguity: you can clarify goals, frame problems, propose options and move teams forward, even when not everything is defined upfront. • Experience working in cross‑functional product teams (Product, Engineering, Data, Operations), with strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills. • Ability to influence and collaborate with engineers, acting as a partner in trade‑offs, technical discussions and delivery planning. • Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools (e.g. Figma) and familiarity with design systems.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design for key product areas – from discovery and problem framing, through to UX/UI design, prototyping, and working with engineering on high-quality delivery. • Turn messy, ambiguous requirements into clear, actionable flows, wireframes, and interfaces that balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints. • Simplify complex user journeys and internal processes to make our products easier to understand, faster to use, and more delightful for our merchants. • Partner with Product, Engineering, Data, and Operations teams to define problems, prioritize opportunities, shape roadmaps, acting as a bridge between teams throughout the production process.
