Requirements

Responsibilities
• Own product features end to end, from scoping and design input through to launch, iteration and measuring impact • Build full-stack across TypeScript, React, Next.js and Node.js, including the APIs and data models behind your features • Work with Product and Design to shape the roadmap, challenge assumptions and find the simplest path to value • Build AI-powered product experiences, including chat, content generation, personalisation and moderation • Experiment with LLMs, embeddings and AI integrations inside real user workflows • Use data and user feedback to decide what to build next and what to cut • Leverage AI coding tools such as Cursor, Claude Code and Copilot to accelerate delivery • Stay close to the people using what you build: talk to creators, read support feedback, watch the metrics • Contribute to technical discussions, engineering standards and code reviews, and help less experienced engineers level up
