Requirements
• An engineer with 8+ years of experience who is still deep in the code every day • A Java expert with strong fundamentals in concurrency, performance, and building reliable systems at scale • Someone who writes system designs, defends them in review, and runs what you build in production • At home in a regulated, cloud-native, high-availability environment • Experienced in payment processing, card issuing, or network integration (JPOS, ISO 8583, or similar) • Cryptography or key management experience (HSM, AWS Payment Cryptography, KMS) • Experience running systems across multiple regions, including tested failover • Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and AWS • RECRUITER FOR THIS ROLE • TYPICAL PROCESS • Application Submission • Recruiter phone call • Hiring manager video call • Virtual “Onsite” consisting of 4-5, 45 min calls

When determining salaries, we consider several factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior experience, and work location. The new-hire base salary range for this full-time position, reflected in CAD, is: $156,800 - $196,000 • We also believe in recognizing the contributions of our people.
