Requirements

Responsibilities
• Lead and line-manage a team of Claims Handlers • Drive performance across quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction • Manage workflow allocation and team capacity • Review claims quality and coach team members to improve • Maintain oversight of the claims portfolio and escalate risks early • Attend client meetings as a claims expert • Personally handle a small portfolio of claims to stay technically sharp
