Requirements

• Ability to maintain timely responses and communication to internal stakeholders, with a customer service mindset. • Growth mindset and willingness to learn new skills and areas of the law to meet evolving business needs. • Team player capable of leading and participating within cross-functional project teams to meet key milestones under tight timelines. • Strong organizational and case management skills. • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, Teams, and Excel). • Demonstrate professionalism in all situations and work effectively with a range of individuals at all levels of the business. • Ability to evaluate and escalate risk to ensure appropriate decision-making. • High attention to detail. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. • Critical thinker and problem solver. • Ability to work effectively in a self-directed remote environment. • Proper home office set-up including a private space for legal communication and high-speed internet (at minimum: 100MB up and 15 MB down, 5 GHz router). • For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa. • Certifications/Licenses, Education, and Experience • Juris Doctorate (JD) and active bar membership in good standing • 3-4 years of experience in corporate and transactional law, working knowledge of employment law. • The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of both corporate and employment law. • Licenses • Active law license in at least one U.S. state, with eligibility for in-house practice in your state of residence. • How We Work Together • Location: Remote within the United States. This role requires 100% of work to be performed in a remote office environment. • Location • Travel: This is a remote position with less than 10% travel requirements.
