• o Knowledge and Application: Exhibits advanced wide-ranging experience, using in-depth professional knowledge, acumen, concepts and company objectives to develop, resolve complex models and procedures. Provides solutions to issues in creative and effective ways. Understands the interrelationships of different disciplines. Directs the application of existing principles and guides development of new policies and ideas. • o Complexity & Problem Solving: Understands and works on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Determines methods and procedures on new assignments. Exercises judgment in selecting methods, evaluating, adapting of complex techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results. Work is reviewed upon completion and is consistent with departmental objectives. • o Collaboration & Interaction: Networks with key contacts outside their own area of expertise. Adapts style and uses persuasion in delivering messages that relate to the wider firm business. Frequently advises others on complex matters. May be accountable through the team for delivery of tactical business targets. • $138,000 - $185,000 a year

Responsibilities

• o Drive Strategic Carrier Growth:Lead high-impact initiatives and Proofs of Concept (PoCs) with major carriers to expand revenue opportunities and strengthen long-term partnerships. • o Own Carrier Partnerships at Scale: Serve as the strategic lead for key carrier relationships ensuring alignment on shared goals and sustained mutual growth. • o Translate Strategy into Execution: Partner closely with Engineering to define, prioritize, and deliver carrier-related solutions that drive incremental value and improve platform capabilities. • o Champion Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate with Product Marketing (PMM) to refine carrier positioning and build a scalable “Carrier-as-a-Customer” growth program that enhances engagement and monetization. • o Lead Product Strategy Direction:Provide clear product vision and roadmap guidance to support seamless execution by Engineering, ensuring initiatives align with broader company objectives. • o Expand and Diversify Carrier Portfolio: Strengthen EasyPost’s multi-carrier ecosystem by optimizing performance, adoption, and revenue contribution across regional and global partners. • o Identify and Unlock New Revenue Streams: Evaluate market opportunities and carrier capabilities to introduce innovative offerings that drive incremental revenue growth. • o Monitor Performance & Optimize Outcomes: Track key metrics across carrier partnerships, using data-driven insights to refine strategy and maximize impact. • Minimum Education & Experience Qualifications: • o Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience) • o 6+ years of experience in Product Management, Partnerships, Strategy, or a related function within logistics, shipping, eCommerce, or a multi-sided platform environment • o Proven track record of driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships, preferably with major carriers such as FedEx, UPS, or Amazon • o Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives involving Product, Engineering, and Go-to-Market teams • o Demonstrated ability to define product strategy and translate it into executable roadmaps and measurable outcomes • o Strong understanding of carrier ecosystems, shipping/logistics infrastructure, or marketplace/platform business models • o Experience managing or influencing external partners and navigating enterprise-level stakeholder relationships • o Analytical mindset with experience using data to inform strategy, prioritize initiatives, and measure success • o Lead and guide product direction for a cross-functional team of engineering, analytics, marketers, sales, and platform partners. • o Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of an organization • o Experience working in high-growth, fast-paced environments with evolving priorities
