Requirements
• 2+ year of experience in Product Marketing / Growth / Monetization (B2C) • Strong understanding of funnel metrics and subscription economics • Experience running A/B tests and measuring impact • Data-driven mindset and strong analytical thinking • Experience working with analytics tools (Amplitude, Tableau, or similar) • Experience working with paid traffic products • Ability to define hypotheses and prioritize experiments • Comfortable working with dashboards and CR analysis • Experience working cross-functionally with design and development teams • Experience launching new sales angles or positioning experiments • Experience working with web funnel builders • Basic understanding of no-code tools or frontend logic • Interest in fashion, style, or visual aesthetics • Working conditions: • Remote or Hybrid work. Responsibilities
• Own web funnel optimization across all traffic sources (Meta, Applovin, TikTok etc.) • Run A/B tests to improve ARPU, CVR, and LTV • Launch and validate new funnels for new sales angles • Build and prioritize a backlog of growth hypotheses • Align product experience with marketing promises • Collaborate with design, development, and QA teams on implementation • Work with localized funnels • Conduct market, competitor, and audience research to generate growth insights
