• Language Proficiency: Native-level bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (written and verbal) is required. Portuguese is a plus. • Travel Readiness: Ability to travel up to 50% of the time, primarily to LATAM countries, with additional travel within North America. Ideal location would be Dallas or Miami, secondary location could be Mexico City. • Industry Experience: 5+ years of experience in Retail or Consumer Goods companies in technical or business leadership roles. Hands-on experience in the LATAM market is a big plus. • Data Driven: Demonstrated experience using data and technology to drive business performance (e.g., advertising planning and measurement, supply chain planning, commercial execution for sales teams . • Technical Literacy: Strong understanding of the modern data stack, SaaS ecosystems, and cloud technologies. • Influence: Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Marketing) without direct authority. • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. • Regional Expertise: Deep understanding of the retail landscape and consumer behavior trends specific to the LATAM region. Experience in an operating role in the region is a plus. • SaaS GTM: Experience in a Go-To-Market (GTM) or Sales-aligned role within a SaaS environment. • Advanced Retail Concepts: Deep expertise in Retail Media Networks (RMNs), data monetization, or the "Composable Commerce" movement. • Cloud Proficiency: Familiarity with Snowflake’s architecture or competitive cloud data platforms. • Advanced Degree: MBA or advanced degree in Data Analytics or a related field. • Every Snowflake employee is expected to follow the company’s confidentiality and security standards for handling sensitive data.
