• You have proven experience leading complex, cross-functional programs with measurable impact • You are able to connect long-term strategic goals to day-to-day execution with strong delivery discipline • You are experienced in stakeholder management and influencing senior leaders without direct authority • You know how to create structure through governance, planning, and delivery operations • You are experienced in managing risks and dependencies across multiple teams and workstreams • You are comfortable working across Product, Engineering, and Design, aligning different perspectives into a cohesive plan • You communicate clearly and proactively, especially when navigating ambiguity or surfacing challenges • You are comfortable using and evolving AI-enabled ways of working to improve efficiency and outcomes • ## Where You'll Be • This role is based in London or Stockholm • We offer you the flexibility to work where you work best!
