• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience designing progressive learning solutions within industries known for innovation in learning delivery and platform capabilities, such as corporate technology/SaaS, healthcare technology & clinical training, edtech, enterprise learning & enablement, or high‑skill simulation industries. • Excellent project management and communication skills in a matrixed environment, including ability to clearly convey design rationale, and iterate quickly with a multifaceted group of stakeholders to move a learning design project from start to completion. • Demonstrated ability to leverage metadata, taxonomy, and search functionality to enhance content discoverability and personalization across multiple delivery environments. • Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and the ability to offer solutions around their capabilities and features that prioritize the user journey and minimize cognitive load. • Proven experience designing for a diverse range of delivery environments such as live (virtual or in-person), coaching models, blended learning, and on-demand/eLearning using content authoring tools, such as Camtasia and Articulate 360 • ## Preferred KSA's: • Experience with Thought Industries’ LMS platform, digital badging, and Zendesk • Experience working in the healthcare industry and value-based care • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting to derive meaningful insights. • Certifications in eLearning, Learning Management Systems, or related fields. • Familiarity with applying UX principles • Sitting for prolonged periods of time. Extensive use of computers and keyboard. Occasional walking and lifting may be required.
