Requirements

Responsibilities

• Support the Senior Manager, Compensation Projects in executing the Global Compensation strategy that supports the attraction, retention and wellbeing of our diverse workforce • As part of the strategy execution, you will focus on alignment with the wider Ericsson Compensation Programs and Projects • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Ericsson teams, to ensure compensation projects and initiatives are fully planned and executed in a timely and accurate fashion • Manage and propose relevant initiatives for approval, taking into consideration costs, communications and the people impact • Lead on compensation projects including Job Architecture design, Pay Transparency, Pay for Performance & Pay for Impact initiatives, Success Factors Implementation, Short-Term Incentive Design, Reward & Recognition programs amongst other compensation harmonization deliverables • Lead on external vendor management, negotiating and managing compensation providers, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality service provision • Supporting the Senior Manager, Compensation Projects in executing a proactive communications program covering all compensation aspects • Provide leadership and guidance to wider HR team
