• Proven experience executing lifecycle or CRM marketing campaigns, with hands-on use of Braze or a similar marketing automation platform. • Strong analytical mindset with experience running experiments, interpreting results, and applying insights to improve performance. • Experience building and optimizing nurture sequences for demand generation, activation, or retention efforts. • Proficiency using AI tools to support campaign development (e.g., drafting copy, summarizing insights, accelerating testing), with careful validation of outputs. • Clear written and cross-functional communication skills, with a proactive and growth-oriented approach. • Ability to manage work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional partners. • Upwork is proudly committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workforce.
