Requirements
• This role requires a highly analytical and detail-oriented engineer capable of building scalable, secure, and high-performance backend systems. You will work closely with architects, product managers, and operations teams to deliver robust infrastructure powering MultiBank’s global trading ecosystem. • 5+ years of experience in backend development, proficient in Java Spring Boot. • Proven expertise in designing high-performing, distributed systems. • Strong grasp of software engineering principles (SOLID, DRY, clean code). • Hands-on experience with service-oriented architectures (SOA) and cloud environments such as AWS. • Proficiency in real-time data streaming and building concurrent applications. • In-depth experience with relational databases and data management best practices. • Experience with messaging and event streaming technologies such as Kafka or RabbitMQ. • Familiarity with RPC and/or MQTT protocols for distributed systems. • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills with a focus on high reliability and performance.
Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend solutions for CFD, FX, and crypto trading platforms. • Collaborate with architects, product managers, and engineering teams to design robust, secure, and efficient systems. • Implement server-side architectures that prioritize performance, security, and reliability. • Develop high-throughput applications using concurrent and reactive programming methodologies. • Focus on non-functional requirements such as performance optimization, scalability, and security. • Estimate development efforts, define project scopes, and deliver within agreed timelines. • Write and maintain technical documentation for backend systems and integrations. • Test, debug, and optimize backend applications to ensure stability and responsiveness.
