• 5–10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruiting, preferably supporting data centers, mission-critical facilities, engineering, facilities, or industrial operations environments. • Proven experience conducting hands-on, full-cycle recruiting for technical and operational roles. • Experience managing or leading at least one recruiter or recruiting resource. • Demonstrated success partnering with trade schools, educational institutions, and workforce development organizations. • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to influence across all levels. • Experience managing recruiting programs with defined timelines and hiring targets. • Experience supporting data center site launches, expansions, or large-scale hiring initiatives. • Knowledge of skilled trades, facilities engineering, or critical infrastructure talent markets. • Experience representing and promoting an employer brand in local or regional labor markets. • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), specifically Lever and recruiting CRM platforms. • The listed salary range for this position is an estimate based on the competitive job market.
