Requirements
• Strong English communication skills • Experience in multimodal user experience • Understanding of Natural Language Understanding/Processing concepts • Minimum of 3 years conversation/UX design experience • Leadership role with responsibilities for creating dialog flows and scripts, defining intents and user journeys, leading workshops on conversation design.
