Requirements
• Contributions to open-source evaluation frameworks (e.g., LM Eval Harness, OpenAI Evals) or published research on LLM evaluation • Experience as a Customer Engineer, Forward Deployed Engineer, Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect or Technical Product Manager • Experience with ML frameworks (PyTorch, HuggingFace Transformers)
Responsibilities
• Develop and implement AI solutions to improve business processes within Mistral's operations. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver results that meet client expectations. • Analyze data sets to identify patterns, trends, or insights relevant to the company’s objectives. • Continuously monitor AI models for performance improvements and adapt strategies as needed. • Stay current with industry best practices in artificial intelligence development and apply them within Mistral's projects. • Communicate technical aspects of work effectively to non-technical team members, stakeholders, or clients when necessary.
