Responsibilities
• Maintain and evolve the Hightouch brand, ensuring its relevance and impact. • Translate technical concepts into visually compelling narratives and assets across multiple touchpoints. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive and consistent brand story across all platforms. • Proven ability to take ownership of diverse projects across web, video, and brand campaigns. • Collaborate with external agencies to ensure brand consistency across all projects. • Help shape and strengthen the company’s design culture by consistently raising the bar with strong ideas and thoughtful execution. • Stay at the forefront of design trends, continuously bringing fresh, creative ideas to elevate our brand.
Benefits
• The salary range for this position is $140,000-$180,000 USD per year, which is location independent in accordance with our remote-first policy. We also offer meaningful equity compensation in the form of ISO options, and offer early exercise and a 10-year post-termination exercise window. • E-Verify Statement • E-Verify Statement • Hightouch participates in E-Verify.
